Born in Ntolomwe, Butambala District, Roden Y Kabako real names Yusuf Ssenabulya is a Ugandan Musician and Entertainer who sings in a dancehall style.
Kabako was born to Sulaiman Sserubambira and Gladys Sserubambira but he lost his two parents while he was in Primary 3 and he grew up with his uncle Kassim Lubowa whom he regards as his parent.
Kabako attended New Eden Primary School Mityana for his Primary Education and Pride Secondary School in Mityana for his O level. Kabako however dropped out and didn’t finish S.4.
Kabako is married to Dumula Jamira and he was introduced by wife Dumuna in April 2021.
Music Career of Roden Y Kabako
Kabako started singing at an early age. He recorded his first song Abakyakaze while in S.2. He however joined commercial music in 2007 in the camp of DJ Michael before joining the camp of Mowzey Radio and Weasel who were at the time managed by Jeff Kiwa.
Kabako later went for a solo career and recorded some songs that gained average success. He later recorded a song with the Late AK 47 under the tutorship of Jeff Kiwa titled Diana.
In 2016, Kabako was signed under Team No Sleep managed by Jeff Kiwa where he reached the helm of his music.
He has since then released songs like Kabako (Kubawo nyo awo which was slated to be a collabo between him and the late AK 47), Number emu, Akasolo, Bitangaza, Sabisubira, Muggule Amabaala, Zzina, Bano bano and many others.
Kabako is popular for his energetic stage performance which has gained him much support from the youth in Uganda.
Kabako’s Investments and Net worth
Kabako is a Musician and stage performer. Much of his income comes from music and entertainment industry. But besides music, Kabako owns and drives a Toyota Kluger V number series UBB which he purchased recently.
Kabako owns a house at his ancestral home in Butambala which he constructed in 2019 and by 2020 March, he had finished roofing and putting in windows and door flames. He paused its finishing due to COVID-19 pandemic.

He also owns a plot of land in Busabala which he purchased recently much as it is wrangles. Kabako recently showed another plot of land that he owns near Munyonyo – Kampala.
