Gossip: Juventus to swap Christiano Ronaldo for Paul Pogba.

News circulating around Italy is about Juventus’ attempt to swap World’s most followed human being to Cristiano Ronaldo for Manchester United’s French world cup winner Paul Pogba.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Manchester United are also keeping tabs on Juventus and Portugal forward Cristiano Ronaldo with the Italian club open to offering the 36-year-old in exchange for France midfielder Paul Pogba, 28.

Juventus are disappointed by the signing after the sharp shooter was brought to help the Turin based side win the Champions League they’ve craved for 1996.

To their disappointment, since Ronaldo’s arrival in January 2018, the Old Lady/ Bianconeri has not gone past the quarter finals and hence the motive is still a dream.

However, Ronaldo has been the club top scorer since his arrival and only the footballer to finish top scorer in the Premier League, La Liga and the Italian Serie A.

Still to note, Ronald will remain hailed for his outstanding performance, at his age, 36, some of the great players had retired or had gone to weaker leagues.

At the age of 35,
Zidane retired, Pelé was playing for New York, Ronaldinho Gaucho had no team, Ronaldo Da Lima was retired, Xavi joined Al Sadd and Thierry Henry was playing in MLS, this tells how exceptional the five time Ballon d’Or winner is.

At Manchester United, he will bring experience, more goals, increase jersey sales and sponsorship but being aged, should the deal include Paul Pogba a player that can have some other five seasons to play at United.
