Former Presidential candidate and National Unity Platform President Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine has laughed at General Elly Tumwine after the latter called President Museveni a dictator.
Gen Tumwine on 23rd June called Museveni ‘Ngamba Nyenka’ a Runyankore word for dictator saying that he should start accepting advice from his loyal subjects in matters including power transition.
Tumwine who is currently a senior presidential advisor said all this while handing over power the office of Ministry of Security to Maj. Gen (rtd) Jim Muhwezi at the ministry headquarters.
Bobi Wine reacting to Gen Elly Tumwine’s remarks said that it is high time even those who are on his side agree that he’s a dictator who should leave power by all means.
Tumwine has been one Museveni’s loyal retainers since Museveni entered active politics and military affairs of Uganda. Having joined Museveni’s FRONASA group in 1978.

The general who passes most of his message in songs added that he will help advise Museveni to allow peaceful transition of power for a stable Uganda.
Bobi helped translate the Runyankore word Ngaba Nyenka for his followers who might not be fluent with the language to help them understand how it a local variation of the word dictator.
“Runyankore:Ngamba nyenka, Luganda: Naakyemalira, English: Dictator. Mujja kukitegeera process by process!” Bobi Wine posted.
