Yes you can change the stock broker. Contact the new stock broker that you want to change to, they will give you procedures and guidelines to follow to change a stock broker.
Who is the best stock broker in uganda now?
I have an SCD account which I opened in Crested Capital for buying shares in MTN Uganda, is that the only SCD I need to for example buy Stanbic bank Shares or I need to open another one, even with the same broker as Crested Capital as am OK with them and can I do everything online as am far from Kampala?

An SCD account (Securities Central Depository) is opened once and can be used to buy shares, invest in other securities like bonds and treasurey bills. You do not need to another SCD account in order to buy shares in any other listed public company.
