Renowned media personality Justine Nameere is currently dancing to Azawi’s “My year” song because 2021 is proving to be such a big year for her.
According to the latest news, the former NTV Life Stories presenter was named the presidential advisor for Greater Masaka region.
She was given this position by H.E President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
This is not the first time Nameere is appearing high in the political ranks of the country.
She’s the daughter of former Agriculture minister Vincent Bamulangaki Ssempijja and this therefore already gives her a high profile.
Nameere also at one time contested as the youth mp for Kampala in 2016-21 but later pulled out at the request of President Museveni.
A few weeks ago, news also emerged of how Nameere is destined to open up her own TV station TM-TV that will be based in Masaka.
This will be the first owned female TV in the country and will operate under the slogan “Tusimbudde.”
Her media career is also a healthy one having worked as a presenter and content creator on different national TV stations.
